Keepsake is a personal CRM application operated by Nicolas Croce (auto-entrepreneur, SIREN 821432432), 17 rue de Molas, 66160 Le Boulou, France. Contact: support@keepsake.place.
Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide: email address (for account creation), notes, contacts, tasks, and entries you create in the app. We also collect standard usage data (login timestamps, app interactions) to improve the service.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Keepsake service. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (EU region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@keepsake.place. You can export all your data from the app settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data), Resend for transactional emails, and Supabase for data storage. None of these providers have access to your app content.
